Hi there, welcome to Aria!

Aria is a growing digital conservatory focused on voice acting and and performance. As an online academy, transparency and safety are our top priorities. 

You are always welcomed to spectate our public Horizon Program classes. If you would like, you can even obtain a certificate to chaperone for it. We encourage you to be involved in your child's journey and stay updated with us. 

What is the Horizon Program?

Like other virtual programs in Aria, the Horizon Program is taught virtually on Discord. This is our free program where trainees practice voice acting and learn fundamentals of performance in a moderated classroom. 

What Data do we Record?

Aria's student body is divided into three different types of trainees.

1. Provisional

   1. Individuals participating casually in Aria activities who are not formally registered in Aria. 

2. Trainee

   1. Registered members of Aria who can participate in workshops, projects, and other training opportunities. We record their progress and activities they attend in Aria spaces. 

3. Crown Trainee

   1. Trainees formally enrolled in Aria Crown Academy or Aria Kitsune Academy, which includes long term structured training, administrative support and academic records. 

Please note that we also record data in our Discord server and other Aria spaces. This data comes in the forms of text and media sent by users and logging of activity like joining voice chats or leaving them. This goes for everyone, trainee or otherwise. You may also be recorded into Aria incident reports if the incident is relevant to you.

Information held by us is never sold and trainees under 18 are never encouraged to publicly reveal information that may identify them online. Please report any activates of doxing in our contact page. 

What Data does Discord Record?

How To Get Involved?

The digital world is a scary place even if it is an academy space. We encourage parents to join the public Aria Discord server. There you can engage with other parents, trainees and staff. If you would like, you may even join classes yourself! 

If you would like to support Aria, you can always buy us a coffee on Ko-Fi which helps fund the academy. If you want to be more hands on, please ask about volunteer positions. Things are always changing and moving forward in Aria, so does our need for more helping hands in different places. However, more parents in the Discord server always helps too. Active parent participation helps create a safer environment for everyone in the community.
