2️⃣ Script & Scene Work 

1. Complete all character lines in starter exercises or milestone projects. 

2. Record every scene, every character, every line in thirty milestone franchises. 

3. Complete 5 recorded scenes with a (trainee) director (full cast required). 

4. Direct 5 scenes with other trainees. 

5. Pass 15 franchise milestones in Aria. 

6. Memorize and consistently perform 2 fantasy/sci-fi monologues. 

7. Memorize and consistently perform 1 drama monologue. 

3️⃣ Ensemble & Crisis Management 

1. Succeed in crisis exercises (e.g., Gala scenario) twice in a row. 

2. Successfully engage in group exercises like party recruitment twice. 

3. Demonstrate ensemble coordination even when exercises partially fail outside your control. 

4️⃣ Media & Interview Skills 

1. Successfully complete 3 mock interviews of 7 minutes each. 

2. Defuse or de-escalate 

3. 5 hostile mock interviews in a row. 

4. Complete all media management exercises with no mistakes. 

5. Participate in mock podcast discussions with positive peer/instructor reviews. 

5️⃣ Hosting & Public Interaction

1. Host 10 social events. 

2. Host 10 academic events. 

3. Participate in live audience-facing exercises without incident. 

4. Write and present a detailed essay on your public persona. 

6️⃣ Recognition & Nomination

1. Nomination from 3 senior staff member or executive assistant. 

2. Nomination from 5 peers gold rank and above. 

7️⃣ Performance Proof & Auditions 

1. Successfully perform in at least 2 Aria productions. 

2. Succeed in 5 mock private auditions with majority nominations. 

3. Memorize and effectively perform at least 5 approved monologues. 

8️⃣ Equipment & Technical Readiness 

1. Demonstrate access to reliable, high-quality equipment or recording studios.
